What do you think is the most difficult hole at Crayestein Pitch & Putt, and why?
Haha… there isn’t an easy hole at Crayestein. Every hole has its own challenge. If the tee shot isn’t difficult, the greens will definitely test you. Personally, I think holes 1/10, 4/13, 8/17 and 9/18 are the most challenging, with 10 and 18 being the toughest.Which Pitch & Putt course is still on your bucket list?
Phew… quite a few! Definitely the courses in Catalonia that I haven’t played yet, and then several others around the world. Wagga Wagga and Waverley in Melbourne, Australia. The courses in Vancouver’s city parks, and a few more in New York/Long Island: Riis Park Par 3 Golf Course and Robert Moses State Park Pitch and Putt Course.Why should the other competitors keep an eye on you?
Honestly, I have no idea… I genuinely think Crayestein is the toughest course I’ve ever played. I can shoot a 51 one round and a 60 the next. It all depends on how I’m playing that day, and you have to maintain that level over two days and three rounds. I also think the winning score won’t be much under par—if it’s even under par at all.

¿Cuál crees que es el hoyo más difícil de Crayestein Pitch & Putt y por qué?
Jajaja… no hay ningún hoyo fácil en Crayestein. Cada hoyo tiene su propio desafío. Si el golpe de salida no es complicado, los greens sí que te pondrán a prueba. Personalmente, creo que los hoyos 1/10, 4/13, 8/17 y 9/18 son los más exigentes, siendo el 10 y el 18 los más difíciles.
¿Qué campo de Pitch & Putt sigue estando en tu lista de deseos?
Uf… ¡muchísimos! Sin duda, los campos de Cataluña que todavía no he jugado y, además, varios más en otros continentes. Wagga Wagga y Waverley, en Melbourne (Australia). También los campos de los parques urbanos de Vancouver y algunos más en Nueva York/Long Island: Riis Park Par 3 Golf Course y Robert Moses State Park Pitch and Putt Course.
¿Por qué deberían los demás participantes estar pendientes de ti?
La verdad… no tengo ni idea. Sinceramente, creo que Crayestein es el campo más difícil que he jugado en mi vida. Un día puedo hacer una vuelta de 51 y al siguiente una de 60. Todo depende de cómo me encuentre ese día, y además hay que mantener ese nivel durante dos días y tres rondas. También creo que la puntuación ganadora no estará mucho por debajo del par, si es que alguien consigue terminar bajo par.

Hahaha… er is geen makkelijke hole op Crayestein. Elke hole heeft z’n eigen uitdaging. Is het teeshot niet lastig, dan heb je wel weer uitdagingen op de greens. Persoonlijk denk ik dat hole 1/10, 4/13, 8/17 en 9/18 de meest uitdagende zijn, waarbij 10 en 18 de moeilijkste zijn.
Welke Pitch & Putt-baan staat nog op jouw bucketlist?
Pfoeh… een hoop banen. Sowieso de banen in Catalonië die ik nog niet heb gespeeld en daarnaast nog een aantal banen op andere werelddelen: Wagga Wagga en Waverley in Melbourne, Australië. Ook de banen in de stadsparken van Vancouver en nog een aantal in New York/Long Island: Riis Park Par 3 Golf Course en Robert Moses State Park Pitch and Putt Course.
Waarom moeten de andere deelnemers juist jou in de gaten houden?
Werkelijk geen idee… Ik vind Crayestein oprecht de moeilijkste baan die ik ooit heb gespeeld. Ik kan een rondje 51 lopen, maar ook 60. Alles hangt af van de vorm van de dag, en dat moet je twee dagen en drie rondes zien vast te houden. Ik denk ook dat de winnende score niet ver onder par zal zijn, áls die al onder par wordt.
